One of the simple barriers to inviting someone to an event like our upcoming series on atheism is knowing what to say. As simple and obvious as it sounds, planning that single sentence can make life a lot easier.
At our Citywide Gathering last week, Sam Green suggested the simple line: "Do you want to come to this?"
While handing them a flier.
And if they ask you "What is it?" You can simply read the flier to them.
Simple, obvious, yet liberating.
