- Give thanks that we had 47 people attend our Pre-Season Conference, including 12 first year students.
Give thanks for the Med Christian Group and Postgrad/Staff Fellowship Groups that have already started meeting.
- Please pray that at the UTAS Societies Day (29th of February) many UTAS students become aware of the University Fellowship of Christians. Please pray for the ‘God vs Evil’ stall, a separate stall where we will be giving away free water and beginning to advertise our Semester 2 mission.
- Please pray that our Citywide Gatherings and our Lunchtime Fellowship meetings start well for the year and are very fruitful in evangelism and providing spiritual growth to believers. Please also pray for a new venue for Lunchtime Fellowship: after handing out 500+ fliers advertising the venue for our Lunchtime Fellowship, we have been told we can't use this lecture theatre. Please pray we find a suitable venue as soon as possible
- Please pray that all our new members of the Uni Fellowship are very enthusiastic to get involved, that they use their gifts in the right area of the ministry, the new members truly feel included as part of the family believers on campus, they spiritually grow as a Christian through Uni Fellowship and that they see the fruit of Uni Fellowship through their friends coming to Christ
- Please pray that our committee meetings for 2012 start well and that the committee members gain a good understanding of the flow of these meetings. Pray that the committee members are filled with the Spirit, that we are bold in our ministry and that members are regularly praying for the ministry to fuel our endeavours.
