- Please pray for both non-Christians and Christians at the University of Tasmania during the Easter break, that Christians would continue to be vigilant in prayer, Bible reading and in continuing in friendships with both Christian brothers and sisters and with non-Christians. There has been suggestions of running a once off event over the Easter break for those checking out Christianity and the Uni Fellowship, pray that we might do our part well in the organization promotion and welcoming and that God would work in hearts and minds of those who attend.
- Please pray for our day of teaching and fellowship on the 25th of April, "Day Conference: The Future of Christianity?". Pray that more relationships are initiated and futhered. Pray
that the speakers will speak with wisdom, and that the theological topics that are talked about will increase the knowledge of all who attend and that the knowledge would work
it's way out in action.
- Please pray for the seven fellowship groups that have already started, and for the four more that, God-willing, will start very soon. Praise God for the growth that we have seen this year, and pray for continued growth, in all areas, numerical, intellectual and spiritual.
- Praise God for the new addition to the Uni Fellowship staff, Luke Isham and Suzie Smith. They have been a great blessing in bringing thier unique ideas, experience and commitment to the team
- Praise God for the preaching so far this year. Praise God for the blessing of a new Citywide venue, The Hotel Grand Chancellor Ballroom 1, and for the venues for the Lunchtime sermons that take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please pray not only for the preaching that takes place at these venues, but also for the fellowship, and especially for the Citywides that the event and music would run smoothly. Pray that we at Uni Fellowship would grasp the importance of the job we have to do, and would do it to the best of our abilities, but that we would trust God to bring the harvest.
- Please pray for the new addition of faculty groups this year, where, we will be getting together students from silimar faculties (Arts & Music, Science & Engineering, Med & Nursing), to attend activities that are more social in nature, as a way to encourage friendship developments with those already in the group, and as an outreach to non-Christian students. Please pray particularly for Jordan Scott and Suzie Smith who will be overseeing this development, and praise God that we actually have this new opportunity.
